Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing organization. As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives and drive brand growth
- Lead the marketing team in executing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, events, and traditional marketing channels
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
- Experience in market research and analysis, with the ability to identify trends and target audience insights
- Excellent leadership skills, with a track record of successfully managing and mentoring a team.
